- A conversation first. You tell us how things work today, what gets in the way and what a good day would look like.
- A small first version. We suggest the smallest useful piece and build that, so you can try it with real people early.
- Adjust together. We change it based on what you and your team notice, rather than guessing up front.
- Look after it. Once it is in use, we host it, keep it running and help it grow with you.
