This policy explains what information this website (subpond.com) collects and how to reach us about it.

What this website collects

Like most web servers, ours keeps an access log. Each time a page or file on this site is requested, the log records:

• the IP address the request came from
• the date and time
• the page or file requested, and the response
• the referring page, if your browser sends one
• the browser and device description your browser sends (the user agent)

We use these logs to keep the site running, to fix problems and to protect it from abuse. They are kept on our own server in Canada and are deleted automatically after about 90 days.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies.
• It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• It loads nothing from other companies: no outside fonts, scripts or embedded content.
• It has no forms and does not ask you for any personal information.

If you email us

If you contact us, we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, email address or phone number and your message, and we use it to reply to you.

Google user data (Subpond Calendar)

Subpond Calendar is an internal tool used only by our own staff. It requests read-only access to the signed-in user's Google Calendar (scope calendar.readonly) to show that user their own upcoming events and invitation responses.

Calendar data is read on demand and is not stored, sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. The only thing kept is the OAuth refresh token, kept in a file on our own computer that only its owner can read. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
