CrewClock Privacy Policy

CrewClock is made by Subpond Technologies (1604710 B.C. Ltd.), Victoria, BC, Canada. Last updated 29 October 2026.

CrewClock is a timesheet and job-site clock-in app for construction crews. You sign in with an account your employer creates for you on your company's timesheet system, which we host for them. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and how to have it deleted.

What CrewClock collects

Who can see it

Your time entries, job-site arrivals and departures, photos and their locations are visible to your employer's office staff in your company's timesheet system. Subpond Technologies can see them only to run, support and fix the service for your employer.

What we do not do

Service providers

Your company's data is stored on servers we rent in Canada (OVHcloud). If notifications are on, they are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) or the Apple Push Notification service (iPhone), which receive the notification token and the message text only.

How long it is kept

Time entries, photos and account details are kept for as long as your employer keeps them in its timesheet system, since they are its payroll records. Server logs are deleted automatically after about 13 months.

Deleting your information

To have your information deleted, email support@subpond.com from the email address on your account, or ask your employer. We will confirm with your employer, since some records (hours worked and pay) may have to be kept by law, and delete everything else. Signing out of the app removes its sign-in from your phone, and uninstalling the app removes everything it saved on the phone.

Children

CrewClock is for workers aged 18 and over. It is not meant for children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
