CrewClock Support

CrewClock is a timesheet and job-site clock-in app for construction crews. It is free, and you sign in with the account your company gives you.

Contact

Email support@subpond.com. Tell us your company, your phone model and what happened, and we will reply by email, usually within one business day.

Signing in

• Open CrewClock and enter your company code. Your office gives you the code, or a link that opens the app directly.
• Sign in with the username and password your office set up for you. If you have forgotten them, ask your office.
• You stay signed in on that phone until you sign out.

Job-site reminders

• CrewClock can remind you to clock in when you arrive at one of your company's job sites and to clock out when you leave.
• For reminders while the app is closed, allow location "all the time" (Android) or "Always" (iPhone) when asked, and allow notifications.
• You can turn reminders off at any time in your phone's settings, under CrewClock, Location.

No signal on site

If you have no connection, CrewClock keeps your clock-ins and clock-outs on the phone with the time you tapped, and sends them automatically when you are back online.
